Engineers Australia (EA), the national engineering body representing over 130,000 members, launched a $30 million Digital Transformation Program in December 2022 to replace core technology platforms and enhance system integration.
A key component of the program was improving EA’s Program Management Office (PMO) and Program Assurance capabilities. To support this, EA partnered with Blue Bike Solutions to provide Program Assurance services, ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the program’s lifecycle.

The Challenge
Engineers Australia needed to enhance its Program Assurance processes to ensure the successful delivery of its Digital Transformation Program.
